Safer Driving with Mobileye's Collision Avoidance System

A Few Seconds Can Make All the Difference

It’s been shown that nearly 80% of crashes involve some form of driver inattention in the three seconds prior to the crash.
Mobileye’s collision avoidance system keeps you and your family safer on the road by alerting you to potential dangers
before they happen.

94% of accidents are caused by driver error Nearly 80% of crashes involve driver inattention within three seconds before the event
94% 80%

2 Seconds of Warning 60% of Crash Fatalities 40% of rear-end collisions
2 seconds of warning could prevent nearly all forward collisions 60% of crash fatalities are due to unintentional lane departure 40% of rear-end collisions have no brake application before impact

Our system scans the road ahead, on the lookout for risks of forward collisions, unintentional lane departures, tailgating, excessive speed, and unnoticed pedestrians & cyclists. When a threat is detected, the system gives an early warning using visual and audio alerts. This early warning can mean the difference between a devastating collision and a near miss. Please note: amount of alerts experienced decreases over time as driver behavior improves.
